A Celebration of Life

As a resident of The Bridges at Bent Creek, you will be part of a family where your independence can flourish; but if you need extra help, we are there for you, too. We provide three levels of care and a wealth of services designed to help make every resident feel comfortable and secure. In addition, we offer many activities, clubs and events that enrich the lives of our residents and support their interests and individuality.

Memory Care at The Bridges at Bent Creek

For people living with Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias, we offer individualized care and services to meet changing needs. Our exclusive Seasons transitional living program is for our personal care residents who have memory challenges but do not require a secure memory care neighborhood. For residents whose memory loss is more advanced, The Garden is our specialized and secure memory care community.
